These details are for the people who have received the letter of approval from 4S organizers.

Please register and confirm your participation as soon as possible via e-mail: registration4S@mekpros.fi. Deadline for registration is April 30, 2010, but we advise you to do this as soon as possible. With registration send us your mobile number within this confirmation so that we can contact you in case of any problems.

Article: Start preparing your paper using the template provided. The deadline for draft article submission is May 15. via e-mail: registration4S@mekpros.fi. The papers will be developed further during the Symposium. The final peer-review rounds will we performed during Autumn 2010.

The papers accepted by the international peer reviewing will be published as Symposium proceeding. Depending on the final outcome it will be a book published by an international publisher or as a special issue in a scientific journal.

Travel: Please book your tickets to Helsinki Airport. When you know your itinerary, please send us an email for us to organize the pick-up from the Helsinki airport. The participants are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
