Travel: Please book your tickets to Helsinki International Airport. When you know your itinerary, please send us an email for us to organize the pick-up from the Helsinki airport. The participants are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
Please note that the starting time of the symposium is at 16:00 hrs on Monday, June 14th and the last transport from the airport is planned to leave at 14:00. On the first evening there will be an informal get-together and instruction on work orientation. The Symposium ends on Thursday, June 17th at 15:00. It will take about an hour to travel to the airport by bus.
Accommodation and transport from and to the Helsinki Vantaa International Airport will be taken care of by the organizers. At arrival you will meet a 4S guide at the airport.
